Is There a Market for That?
There are problems that you can't just solve locally, right? Like the Hudson River. That's a regional problem, not a local problem. And a capitalism problem when it was cheaper for GE to try to delay action for 40 years. So the more effective we are locally, the less of a burden we put on state and national structure.
