I think that three months of preparation time w before i started trading was very helpful to me, am ime. I still made a lot of mistakes during that six months that i started trading, but i think i made far fewer because i did have a little bit of o, you knowa background in ot that point and wasn't just diving in blind on day one. And it really was just fit. On the dayly start, like big time, daily tharp breaks and so i wouldn't so much journal like my emotions and stuff like that, or just like little lessons.
