Is There a Crossover Between Analytical Capacity and Knowledge Base?

To be effective internally within an organization, you need more than just technical skills. For a lot of people, sort of internal roles, you're fighting against infrastructure that's been there for 20 years. You've got to almost convince people around why we need to change the trajectory and the way in which we're looking at things. I'm not quite sure where that sits right now. It does take time to develop that skill base... We'll get there.
