How to Create the Signal to Build Muscle

The first phase that everyone should be doing probably once a year is the equivalent of what I used to call primer program. You need to create the stress or the signal, the external stress. External stress creates an internal response that necessitates an adaptation. If we're not creating the signal, then no matter how much protein you eat, you're not building muscle.
