Jason: It means taking an outside in approach to the way we design things. We can't only think of what you would like to serve, but what your clients want and what their needs are. And it's kind of funny because the jobs to be done comes from that voice of the customer that was very popular in the 80s. When we take that perspective and really leverage that for API's, we allow ourselves to have kind of a do over moment," he says.
