The Importance of Specialization in UX

UX is very much an umbrella, right? It certainly has gotten more specialized over the years. I think we can help people feel a lot better if we help them realize that there's a person in UX and they know all that stuff. That doesn't mean you're not a UXer if you don't know all thatstuff. And that's what's really awesome about this profession as well.
