The show is about telling yourself the truth while it's painful. The goal if you really want a great life, to become real talk and not everybody does okay but we're here for the people that do. You have to learn to swelch the bitch voice as much as possible and always listen to the boss voice all right. It will tell you what you already know  and then take action upon it which allows you to start walking up that mountain of self-loathing.
