The Battle for a Patent

Samsung originally used a variation of our circuitry that wasn't as quiet as ours. It was like 560B noisier so whereas ours would be totally quiet. But nevertheless it used the basic premise of our patent as circuitry and they were paying royalties but they decided that they were going to fight the patent. So I just settled with them for a nice big six figure sum and gave away my patent. The chances are both of them being in a dropout zone are zero or so only in very radical cases where you would get a proper design diversity system.
