James Schlesinger who was a newly appointed CIA director found out about this in 1973 she began to demand that all CIA officials tell him everything that might be a problem or might be a scandal That they had done previously not just things about Watergate but he wanted to get a handle on everything what did we ever do that might come out that might be considered illegal now or a scandal.
