I've been making it a real priority this, or just like the emotional distancing, because I had a situation occur on Friday. Which like, passed me would have really freaked out about. But instead I tried to do some breathing and just remind myself that like, you know, everything will always sort itself out at work. And actually what you need to do is just focus on the next steps, and what can you do? That's why I wanted to do this episode, because I was like, I could have handled this a lot better.
