Is There a Framework for Training?

There's kind of a framework you can use for any process or policy that you're trying to train. At the very top, it's, what's the reason for this? What's the purpose? Why am i training you on this? And then there's some other things, like, what software or tools do you need to use under certain templets or files you need a reference to do this? How often is it done? Is it a weekly thing? Is it daily thing? How long does the thing take? Are they tracking their completions and if so, how many times per year? You know, we don't want it to be a six week course, necessarily,
