How to Save Money on Your House
In high cost of living cities, it's almost impossible to pay less than 28% of gross. You can stretch that a bit in certain cities, especially if you have no debt. Are you okay if your housing prices go down? If you're buying it just to live in, you shouldn't care what the price is. Do you think I wake up every morning and start crying because I don't own a house? No, I prefer instead to build a large investment portfolio which is much more liquid. There's a future season where I will happily buy a house.
