What they're doing on a dated basis depends largely on what phase of a project we're in. A product manager goes through two very distinct phases when we're building, let's say, a new feature. The shaping part of your job starts to ramp down once we get confidence around what we're doing. And then you're really in ship mode until you get something built, launched, tested, verified.
