What Happened to Silicon Valley Bank?
Silicon Valley Bank has this huge inflow of deposits mainly because the, you know, during the crazy bull market of late 2020 and 2021. And so they have this huge explosion in deposits. But then as 2022 kind of rolls on, their underlying clients are burning cash like crazyBecause a lot of these businesses, it turns out, are actually not very good businesses. So money is actually flowing out then. And there, I think management then at the end of 2022. They're looking at the balance sheet and being like, okay, in order for us to be able to manage these all these outflows, we need to reconsidering how our portfolio is positioned. It's just really weird
