Boris Yelsen, the First President of Russia

Boris yelsen played a major role in the so called disintegration of the ussar. He privatized everything, and he placed russia's industries in the hands of a few crooked people who are now called the oligarchs. All the money was stolen. The people's money was stolen, and it became the property of these corrupt oligarchs. So his job was to destroy the us asar. His job was done, and then he was sidelined. And then a new job had to be done.
