Is It Necessary to Address Outages at the Application Level?
It violates in away, the principle of least surprise, which is not what any normal user would expect an email system to do. Dealing with outeges or interruptions at the application leve is still extremely relevantye. The only, know, kind of a distinction that i wanted to make was that that dealing with errors at the application level, i think it is not really necessary.
