The Benefits of Having a Good Personal Brand

I think most engineers are not really that great at marketing and sales. So it's probably a pretty rare combination of skills. If someone is telling you to write content for the sake of writing content, I am leery. Having a good personal brand can be helpful in getting a job. The more well-known you areprobably the wider pool of companies exists. And then it's also great for the good ol' ego.
