Overdraft Fees Are a Big Block on the Banking System
If you don't have enough money to get those minimums, and sometimes it's like 15 hundred or two thousand dollars. The banking system just isn't meeting the needs of those people. And only poor people pay overdraft fees. That's one of the tricks of banking, is that it is always the same slice of customers who end up subsidizing.
