The Moral Dimension of Human Existence
Praxiology cannot derive an orchard from an is, and neither can any other science that's impossible. What it can do is point out that you can't argue for a certain type of behavior without running into a logical contradiction. Property rights are an extension of the notion that we're in possession of our own body. When communication ends, there is only violence left. So if you try to argue against that, you argue against your own best interest. And it's self-contradictory.
