i completelyl agree with you about how our founders pretty much had no choice, in the sense raght, knowing what they did then. And my sophomore paper in college was actually anintellectual history of the policy choices that were made at that time. So i would want the state to just focus on a few things and do them really, really well. Instead we focus on many thing and do themreally badly.
