You need to be enough in the weeds with what's happening and helping to direct that strategy, not micro managing it. Aho you need to be able to have strong values within your company and insure that those values are translated into the culture. Being service driven. Know how to remove obstacles for people without going in and solving every problem for them. For me, i believe in a culture of execution. So insuring that your teams have the tools that they need necessary in order to execute.
