The Biden Administration and ATF Issued a New Rule That Requires Ghost Gun Dealers to Go Through a Minimum Process

In 2022, the Biden administration and specifically ATF issued a new rule that essentially said ghost guns count as firearms under federal law. A federal district judge in Texas named Rita O'Connor issued what we call nationwide vacator, essentially a 50 state bar on this rule. The Fifth Circuit agreed with O'Connor and kept that block in place. And so the case came up to the Supreme Court. Did Justice Handmade and did she in fact have a reasonable thought? Yeah, I think that's what happened.
