i'm gathering that liberals were actually eletist, originally, right? And we don't tend to think of liberals as a letist, but they were right because they were worried about universal suffrage. There is a certain amount of eletism in the in this story that i tell, and i don't know if it might still be there or not to day. It happens relatively late in the game, having been a foreign so that's really interesting.
