The Obama Administration's Decision to Allow Cluster Bombs to Be Delivered to Ukraine

The Biden administration seems likely to allow cluster bombs to be delivered to Ukraine. This is something that the US has previously been against, partly because cluster bombs often leave duds behind and those duds can hurt children after the fact. There are many human rights groups that are critical of the use of cluster munitions. Whether I support them or not, they have been used already by both sides in the war. The difference is Ukraine, using them to defend its territory. Russia is using them as an aggressor.
