Biden's Bringing the Deficits Down
Byden brought up the fact that he gets a lot of criticism from republicans for big deficits. He wanted to point out that he's the first president in a long time to cut the deficit. The problem is, biden is maintaining an extremely high level of government spending. It's going to be very difficult to significantly reduce this spending once the public is used to it. Once the government gives you something, they're very reluctant to take it away.
