Shesti is a source of life light. If she can then find a new thing to pull from instead of food, if, for example, i don't think that's possible. Right now it's definitely food only, and she's very weak. Windle is supposed to be a sprin like sil who has very, very minimal ability to interact with caladin or just any physical objects. But she can physically interact with windle, and she is not supposed to able to yet.
