The Premier League should be looking at clubs accounts constantly. Real Madrid have spent more than all of the other 19 teams combined in La Liga. That inevitably will lead to an enormous talent gap between the two leagues. We need serious punishments if a club is spending 120 percent of its turnover on their players' wages, you should be massively fine. Or you should have loads of points deductions because you're threatening the survival of the football club and no owners should do that.
