EGFR-XON-20 Insertion Is Not a First Line Mutation

There are certain mutations where we don't necessarily use TKI in the first line. EGFR-XON-20 insertion is one that can trip you up because it seems to be universally targetable. A BRAF mutation in one disease is not the same as a BRAf mutation in another. The newer therapies have great responses, but these aren't necessarily magic cures for your lung cancer.
