Mentorship is not always through formal programmes and channels. There's individuals you'll find outside your organization that will just help you along the way. You can mentur somebody who has experience already, because you're asking the right question at right time. And then you're pushing this person forward. So it's definitly a relationship that most let both sides benefit from. I love that you are talkig about formal, but also informal and going. But anyone can be up, down, right, left for after.
