Have You Been Jaded Over the Last Year?

Jenifer, have you become jaded at all over the last year? I really try to fight my natural cynicism with i'm not the unsinkable molly brown or anything like that. This has been a really hard time and place. We've got people going through grief. And even when you can hide in your home, it's not quite the same.
