The Hacker's Misgivings

In 1984, the journalist Stephen Levy published a book entitled Hackers. One of the key rules of the Hacker ethic was, mistrust authority promote decentralization. In 2008, the Hacker's misgivings were spectacularly confirmed when RBS ran out of cash. Within months of the financial crash, a developer named Satoshi Nakamoto launched Bitcoin.
