Making New Habits That Work for You

A lot of the time, and most of the time what we do is we set up these goals and we purely rely on motivation and willpower to do them. And when we make goals like that, it's really hard to follow through with them. So I'm going to start off by going and doing some key ideas that you should consider when it comes to making new habits. A lot of these are based on behavioral science habit focused books. My two favorite books are atomic habits by James Clear and Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg.
