In my field of where I work with very severely ill and people post COVID fatigue, these peptides are phenomenal. Because yes, they help with efficiencies. They help us get to where we can start improving problems that may be structural or who knows what in the cell. So your observation is absolutely correct. And so in healthier people who are just looking to optimize training, and that's where this all comes together. You know, nutrition and sleep is just as important though. And stress relief and exercise and the right type of exercise. If you're not going to do resistance training, I just tell people, why are you training then?
