i don't know how often politicians actually talk about their personal development as in being good at the job. You will never wake up one day and be a good orator, and i am not a good Orator. The really good politicians are ones who make it look effortless. It's just some people are very good at making it look easy. For me, i'm o on this journey - you got to learn a whole new set of skills. Speaking af he despatch box is very speaking on the back benches. And i'd id learned to get quite comfortable speaking fo the back bench. Whereas for the first three years, i don't think i said a word that i enjoyed
