Canonical and the Community Maintainer of the Signal Snap?
signal vanished and users noticed, but the snap maintainer didn't know about it until they started seeing issues on their issue tracker. There was an initial communication breakdown between me and canonical due to how the snap crafters publisher is structured. They've since amended the process to make sure this doesn't happen anymore. So that got me kind of like, Oh, well, I like signal and well, snaps can be useful. And I wonder what happened here? And it turns out a lot happens.
