Last week we discussed the proliferation of gambling opportunities. Sarah Hollins is joined by a cultural anthropologist who spent many years conducting research into just that subject with agronomists, professional tea tasters and traders. She is Sarah Besske associate professor at International and Comparative Labour and Labour Relations and History at Cornell University. Her latest book based on extensive ethnography is called Tasting Qualities, The Past and Future of Tea.
