Queensland Legislation Changes
In Queensland they removed the no reason or without cause notice to leave or notice to quit notice. There was a whole heap of who are about going on about how now you needed to evict your tenants by the first of October. But what they didn't tell you is yes they'd taken that one really it was a cover all notice to leave and they'd bought in a number of other notices to leave that had just more specific requirements to them. Now funnily enough the no reason notice to leave was removed in Victoria years ago now like that's gone fast but it has been rare has been removed some time ago.
