The Court's Over-Broad Interpretation of Smith's Prior Penalties
John Avlon: I don't know whether that body of evidence is enough to convince a jury. He says the court might be inclined to think some of these charges are over-broad as well. Avlon: If they do, in fact, get a jury that is willing to find Trump guilty on the cases against him, it's probably because that same jury would be willing to convict Trump on an even weaker case.
