Dr. Larry Rudolph had built a highly successful and lucrative dental practice in his hometown of Pittsburgh. He promoted the business as family friendly, even featuring employee Sherry Hauck's daughter in a commercial. Office manager Anna Grimley realized pretty quickly after she joined the practice that Larry's anger was an issue. She only lasted a year at Three Rivers Dental when she got the call from a former coworker about Bianca's death.
