The Dramatic Realignment of Working Class Districts

According to Axios, dramatic realignment swings working class districts towards the GOP. Nine of the 10 wealthiest congressional districts are represented by Democrats. Republicans now represent of the poor half of the country according to median income data. The last several decades have ushered in a dramatic political realignment as GOP has broadened its appeal to a more diverse working class.
