Is Paul Working With Mythites?

In the Hebrew we had words that distinguish those two things. In Greek, you just have one word for both, mythites. And Acts and Luke uses that word in both instances. So what I want to look at Paul through the lens of, is Paul working with mythites? Is he working with Limo-Deme or is he working with Talmadeem? And what is Paul's relationship with that?
