The Tour de France is widely considered one of the world's single hardest sporting events. 176 cyclists in 22 teams of eight that race a distance extending 3,500 kilometers. These athletes will cycle every single day for roughly three consecutive weeks. They'll have just two off days and even on those off days, they're still going to cycle to keep their legs loose.
