I used to get really nervous I know you identify with this. It's not the case anymore or at least when the butterflies come I know how to get them to fly information now. When I used to give public talks I would get so nervous that it was debilitating. And I finally got to a point where I realized that when I got to the end of a talk I had this euphoric feeling of confidence. You can do a thing while also feeling doubtful like there's that whole while also thing.
