AHCC has been shown to cause the promotion of T-cells predominantly mediated by Interferon and Interlucan 17. And there is evidence that this compound in immunocompetin recipients boost the immune response to a variety of different antigens. The study documented that AHCC supplementation could improve lymphocyte percentage against influenza B and even the antibody titers compared to control.
