The Hero's Journey

A lot of times the system isn't working and you're not getting the results. You have to paint the picture of your customer, for example, if they by your product, they're going to have victory and overcome this trial that they're facing right now. So you've gone away, you've gone through this quest, this hero's journey, you've emerged victorious. Now you return to normal life, and you're just like anybody else. That, i think, is a really important piece, because a lot of times you can think about, well,  that worked for that person, but it'll never work for me. And that's because you don't finish this
