Relational Power - Building Relationships Through Relational Meetings

One-to-one and house meetings are the building blocks for people to build a set of relationships that then is relational power. Alinsky was organizing people who were often at each other's throats, kind of smaller ethnic enclaves who were in conflict with each other by getting them to trust one another. People bring clear about their own self-interest as they're in relationship with other people - this enables them to act together on their interests.
