It's mostly correct. The only thing that we need to to specify is that at first it was supposed to be consumer chains. So M.E.V. for all the ICS consumer chains. But later on, if the product, if we see that there is a strong product market fit, then we can expand that to any cosmos chain that wants to to opt in in the system. It would be kind of including a specific module into your chain and making some adjustments to like the end block or something along those lines.
