The Scale of Century to Intensity

Dik: I like to think of this stuff as a linear progression where we're starting with censory and then six weeks later we're working on intensity. So i do like that century to intensity scale in general. And rehab it is that kind of progression towards intensity. But that doesn't mean i have to leave behind the things that helped me three or four weeks ago. Maybe i take some of tem along with me. Dik: It's interesting to see two like athletes who they're almost, in some ways, like addicted to being in the sports medicine room. They've over categorize themselves with that end of things.
