Douglas Heffman: There's no way to directly experience the world as it is. It's all interpretive and something your brain is making up anyway. So what I'm talking about is being directly where you're experiencing the world or what it's like. You can be fully present with whatever your interface is. Rather than narrowing on the corner of the rest of it. And then lastly, this is purely for my own benefit and well, the whole podcast is to be honest, but yes, sleep.
