I think that fire is extinguished often by teachers and parents because they don't see greatness. They just see kind of mediocrity. And so doing extinguish the flame is weird. I think most people afraid so to even try. So you can call them cowards for not trying because you are a coward for not trying, not putting yourself a risk. That's the worst thing you can tell everybody. Take all the risks, lose at all a few times. That's how you're going to build things.
